Mayor and Senator for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises, Franziska Giffey, presented the Cross of Merit on Ribbon of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, awarded by the Federal President, to Thilo Panzerbieter, founder and executive director of the German Toilet Organisation e. V.
As a contribution to the ‘Triple Nexus in WASH Initiative’, the WASH Network, together with GTO and IRC WASH, has developed an e-learning course on ‘Building WASH Resilience, Conflict Sensitivity and Peace’. This is offered free of charge on the WASH Systems Academy platform.
